A friend of mine was running IE7 side by side with IE6. When he upgraded to IE7, IE6 was removed from his system. He is a web developer and he needed do tests on various web browsers.

I experienced an aberration with my DSL after last year's typhoon Milenio. I have a PLDT myDSL account and there were days when I can't access websites such as google.com, friendster.com, youtube.com, etc., and pinging those websites didn't help either. I can't connect via FTP to my web server.
