AGI Secondary Public Offering

Alliance Global Group Inc. will conduct a secondary public offering to international and local investors. AGI will list up to 1,800,000,000 additional common shares. The Offer Price will be set on June 02, 2007 and will be based on the market price of the shares on the PSE for a certain period prior to the pricing date and will not exceed P8.00 per share. Trading of AGI shares will be halted from June 4 to 15, 2007. Trading of AGI shares will resume on June 18, 2007.
