GEO Stock Rights Offer

I checked my COL account tonight and noticed that my cash balance was lower. I subscribed to the GEO SRO last April 23 and it seems that they have deducted the full amount from my cash balance today. According to the prospectus, the additional shares will be listed on May 25.
